Many phases and difficult questions. Situational questions that require you to act through a situation and explain how you would handle it. First, there was a phone interview, then an in-person interview.

The interview process was good. Both of the interviewers were good. They just asked me a question that was impossible to do with a 45 min window. That is where I lacked.

The first interviewer never showed up. The subsequent interviewers all seemed tired and uninterested, with some even becoming verbally upset for seemingly no reason. Overall, a very poor experience. The questions themselves were not too difficult;
