Promotion seems to be more based on personal relationship with management than recognition of ability.
A lot of internal bullying, management turns a blind eye to it.
By far the most unprofessional behaviour I have experienced in general.
Salary is not competitive. VHI health plan is mediocre when compared to other corporations. Far too much bureaucracy and is only getting worse. Lazy colleagues.
Take action on the welfare of your reportees. Enforce a more professional decorum. Discussions should be two-way. No realistic avenue for promotion takes any type of motivational incentive away.
