Tons of benefits, great salary.
Management culture and profit-driven decision-making. They are not at all staff-focused like they used to be.
Profits are nice, but retaining talented, skilled employees that have been with you all through thick and thin is a better financial decision. Please don't focus on short-term gain for long-term loss and a destroyed company image, both inside and out.
