Not the best environment to be working in, even though the brand and products are still very strong.

This way, at the end of the performance period, you are able to review apples-to-apples performance OKRs as opposed to chasing a moving target. Getting high ratings and promotions is nearly impossible at Google, and they are making it even harder.
