PSO projects and managers in Google LATAM are a joke; if you want to have a good work-life balance, you better prepare for a hard discussion with your manager.
No Home Office after they open the offices (like, what the f***, Google, nice culture!).
- Stop forcing and promoting going to the office. If you think that will kill your culture, you better change it.
- Please be more in contact with all employees and do not leave everything to managers. They are terrible at managing people and doing the extra work they have to do.
