Food, work-life balance, opportunities.
I didn't find any cons.
Nothing
The interview process consists of 3 purely technical rounds revolving around DSA. The first round was a phone screening, though it asked about my general interests, personality, and other things.
The interview process is standard, starting with an OA that is kinda luck-based. I got shortlisted and moved to the technical round. This was DSA, where I was asked a simple BFS.
I was not able to solve a single problem asked by the interviewer, hence I was rejected. The overall behavior of the interviewer was very decent, but the difficulty of the questions was very hard.
