Invited directly to an on-site interview in Mountain View due to a strong referral. Interviews featured extremely challenging questions that tested my experience and knowledge. The interviewers seemed like rather unengaging individuals to work with.

The recruiter had a short call to help me understand the position and requirements. She then scheduled the initial phone screen interview. The interview was average. I did not move forward in the interview process.
