Engineer
The questions were challenging, and it was a long process that took several months. Unfortunately, it resulted in no offer. Despite this, I still had a good experience overall and do recommend applying. I plan to apply again in the future.

I sent my resume to Google without reviewing the site or Google's job requirements. I was called for a first-level phone screening, which was easy. The recruiter was very nice and got back to me quickly. We then moved on to the first phone screening

Come in, dig over the CV, and go straight up to the board. Start solving the question in whichever programming language you want. You'll need to explain about computing speed, memory requirements, tradeoffs, etc.
