Phone call and in-person meeting. The phone call involved simple "get to know me" questions. The meeting was more focused on my technical background and design-related questions. They were quick to respond and polite.

Reached out via LinkedIn. The interviewer did not show up for the interview. Apologized via email a week later, saying they would reschedule for a later date. This has not happened yet.
