Screen phone interview. Talked about skills, background, and what I wanted to get out of it. It was normal, and I didn't get very far. I also asked some questions related to the work.

I received a phone call and was asked some basic interview questions by a recruiter. I proceeded to schedule a secondary interview, but I never heard back from them. I followed up but received no response.

Very competent interviewers. Be sure you know the "tricky" algorithms and "big O". A very positive, though unsuccessful, process.
