The company's culture is very supportive, open, and helpful. I enjoyed working in the Google Cloud org thanks to that, and I felt that I had growth opportunities there.
I definitely lacked passion and working with inspiring leaders. There's quite a rotation happening internally, and GCE didn't seem to have the strongest culture. In just 12 months, I had 4 different managers. Also, things are moving very slowly. It was challenging to stay motivated for an extended period of time.
