Pros

Everybody either knows what they're talking about, or knows they don't know what they're talking about; nobody thinks they know what they're talking about but actually doesn't.

Snacks, meals, and drinks are provided and easily accessible nearly anytime, anywhere on campus.

Transportation (with Wi-Fi!) to and from work is provided.

Open access to documents and code related to nearly any Google product allows employees to feel a part of the greater company, even while focusing on their individual component.

Flexible work hours are offered.

Cons

As an Engineering Practicum intern, I was required to fill out a timesheet, which was tedious.

Probably could get paid more elsewhere.

Advice to Management

Continue to provide a culture of innovation and creativity. Google is successful because of the commitment given by the engineers; give them everything they need.
