Interning at Google is an amazing opportunity.
- Provides all meals (depending on office) that are all high quality and lots of variety.
- Interns are given a high level of trust; allowed to sit in on meetings and such.
- The company culture is extremely friendly, and most people are nice.
- There are many growth opportunities, such as classes and leadership series.
- Documentation of technologies (in general) is very good, and programming examples can be found fairly easily.
- Microkitchens everywhere.
The company is so large it can feel overwhelming at times.
There are many internal tools that can take a bit of time to get the hang of.
