Very good, truthfully. There was too much empathy with the participant, it almost felt unreal. Well, I consider it was a good experience and something pleasant to be able to participate in something very good.

It was a good experience. The interviewer was kind and generous, making the candidate comfortable. It was completely technical, with company fit check parameters. Overall, it was a huge learning curve.
