All applicants applied through our university. We had to submit our resumes and cover letters. We started with a phone interview with HR, then progressed to a video conference interview via Google Hangouts.

So many rounds. It requires a lot of preparation, but it’s worth it in the end. There was a phone interview, then an on-site interview, then more and more. It’s hard, but nice. All the best.

Too robotic, but that's expected from a global enterprise. There was no reason to drag for so long just for a few simple questions. All in all, it's not for everyone. But I did appreciate the kitchen they had, and the coffee was pretty good.
