The first interviewer didn't show up. The other two were incredibly rude; they laughed when I asked questions and were generally unkind and unhelpful. It was not a positive experience.

Good. It is something that they guide you through their office and help you know their working culture to examine the match between you and Google. It is more like communication to collaborate on a topic.
