After receipt of my application (within 5 days), I provided my phone interview availability. The following week, as scheduled, I had a 45-minute phone interview. About 15 minutes were for questions I had for the recruiter about Google manufacturing.

The phone screen was simple and straightforward. The in-person interview went into the technical details of my previous experience, and I pretty much had to explain the experience I put on my resume.

I felt there was a bit of racism. I had never heard of such a thing at Google, but it is what it is. The interviewer was rude when I asked him multiple questions because I simply couldn't understand his accent.
