The phone screening was very technical, akin to a final exam with question after question. Rather than discussing my resume, the questions focused on hypothetical on-the-job scenarios. I felt well-prepared for this interview, so it proceeded smoothly

On-site interview after I applied through the school jobs fair. I met with HR at the campus and was able to submit my hard-copy resume. I received a call the week after and made an appointment for the interview.

Very structured, lengthy, but overall a good experience. Consisted of a phone screen, initial interview, and four rounds of final interviews. The majority of the interviews were technical, but some were on leadership and partnership.
