Worst place. Highly crony in work culture
Name and title are all you get.
Empire building work culture. Very bad management strategy. Even worse HR policies. One of the big juggernauts that will slowly destroy itself from the inside. Slave labor camp (not dignified) for H1Bs and TVCs. Exploiting people and their time for self-benefits and stupid projects. Hiding behind money and playing with people's and user's emotions.
This is not going to end well for the world.
