It was good to be part of a process, so there is not much information I can put in here about it. It is quite known and popular in those days.

Resume screening, followed by two phone interviews. The process was really sluggish. Interview questions were standard and nothing too difficult. The most dreadful part was host matching, where candidates have virtually no control.

Generally, the process is good. Although mine took almost a year to complete because of budget issues. Contacts were responsive about my questions throughout the process and even gave feedback.
