The hiring process was as follows: * Phone background check. * One on-site technical interview. * Five back-to-back on-site technical interviews (one of which is a design interview).

There will be two coding interviews, two design interviews, and a G&L interview. The expectations are to integrate OO and Interface design into the coding interviews and conduct very intense design interviews.

After sending them my Curriculum Vitae and passing an online assessment that involved an easy LeetCode problem, there were two back-to-back, 45-minute online interviews. They asked questions of about the same difficulty level.
