It's a great process, a little bit confusing, but eventually great. The learning from interviews is very good; we learn new types of programs and more. My interviewer is from the USA, and he is very kind and generous when asking questions.
Answering Google interview questions was challenging and fun. They also look for candidates with out-of-the-box thinking abilities and sound technical knowledge for the role you are applying for. It involved puzzle questions too.
