The phone interview was not too technical and focused more on my background and manufacturing consulting projects I have led. Onsite was rigorous. I met with several senior people, including the hiring manager. Feedback from the recruiter was that

Extensive, multiple phone call and video call interview rounds. Not too bad, but the process seemed to lack a sense of direction. Poor communication from HR during the process. Overall, an average experience.

The interview was standard issue, and there were no surprises. I don't know what else you really want. Everything was standard. If you are truly qualified for the job, the interview should not be hard. They have a phone screen and group interviews.
