Great place to work, but limited by contract

Food and facilities.
Working as a contractor, you have very little visibility into the real work and decision-making. It can be taxing mentally, as you are pretty much always out of the loop regarding what's happening in your assigned team. You are not allowed in team meetings or stakeholder meetings. You will pretty much be doing grunt work, but with a good paycheck. There isn't a lot to learn as a contractor.
Contractors could use more visibility.
