Hr based phone screening was there in the first round, with questions like describe your strengths and weaknesses. The hr had extremely poor knowledge of coding and didn't even know what codeforces was, which left me extremely disappointed.

Good interviewer, asked fairly simple questions related to finding a cycle in a graph. There was an edge case I missed, but overall it went well. I was also asked to write pseudocode.
