Not much to learn, minimal growth.
I was contacted by a Google recruiter. No screen was needed, as I was not interviewing for the first time. I had a single day of virtual interviews. I was asked: * 4 standard coding questions * 1 lunch interview I heard back within two weeks.
The medium difficulty process was a good interview. Asked many questions on the data structure and algorithm and a whiteboard-solving challenge. I already got an offer from another company, so I went to that.
The interview was smooth; they took more time to share the results. But overall, it was a good experience with a lot to learn and empathetic HR. The interview questions were deep and required advanced knowledge.
