There are 6 rounds of interviews, as everyone knows. These include HR, Tech, Manager, and cultural rounds, basically. I can't pass the technical round because we don't think the interviewee and interviewer can handle this work either.
It was a good experience. The interviewer was kind and generous, making the candidate comfortable. It was completely technical, with company fit check parameters. Overall, it was a huge learning curve.
