There are 6 rounds of interviews, as everyone knows. These include HR, Tech, Manager, and cultural rounds, basically. I can't pass the technical round because we don't think the interviewee and interviewer can handle this work either.

I first had a phone call with HR, in which they explained the hiring process. Then, a technical phone interview followed, which included a Google Doc for coding (which I did not have to use).

Great, gruelling, but overall a fun experience. Very meticulous. It takes one question and goes from medium to tough, exploring all facets of the algorithm and data structure in question, making sure you fully understand what you're talking about.
