A series of phone calls with three different team members. Typically, two interviews were conducted per week, for a total of four calls. The interview process did not take very long, perhaps around three hours.

The process began with a short phone interview with a recruiter, primarily discussing interests. Next, I completed a work style assessment and a coding challenge. Following that, I had two back-to-back phone interviews.

I have 3 interview with google. The first two is quite good. But the third one, the interviewer was not so friendly, and I didn't get his idea. So I failed.
