Amazing free food. Reasonably good benefits (though I've had better). Lots of smart people to work with. The work is interesting and challenging.
Huge corporation with lots of complexity, so getting anything done feels like an uphill battle.
Too many young snowflakes, requiring you to watch what you say all the time.
