You will learn a lot and work with very talented people. The problems you will be tasked with addressing will require both technical knowledge, depending on your area, and an understanding of the ongoing impact to many users. You will need to collaborate in most cases, a lot!
It can be daunting to drink from the water hose every day indefinitely. Being attached to any project, process, or resource is usually not great, as change is constant.
Support your reports and check in as often as is prudent. It is surprising how quickly things can escalate in a matter of days.
