What I like most about Google is the culture. It is a relaxed environment where I have a few deadlines, most of the time extendible.
Everyone can manage their time, and the timetable is flexible. There is a 3-day work-from-office policy, but if I have to stay at home for a couple of days (e.g., receiving a delivery), the manager will not mind.
It is getting a bit full of bureaucracy: if you have an idea, it takes a lot of time to implement it because it goes through a lot of reviews.
Sometimes I feel there is no stimulus because there is a slow pace.
