I did not get the chance for an interview. I also did not receive a reason why I was not selected for an interview. There was no other follow-up, no continuation of work, and no suggestions for improvement. I have no idea how to get this chance.

Good process overall, but the competition is hard, so it is very difficult to get what you are looking for on here, actually. But I would apply again in the future. I am not losing any hope just yet.

1. Application / Recruiter Outreach 2. Recruiter Call (Phone Screen) A 20–30 minute informal conversation. 3. Online Test 4. Phone / Video Technical Interviews (1–2 rounds) 45–60 minutes per round conducted via Google Meet or phone.
