Good work-life balance (to some extent).

Good office and perks (although it becomes quite boring after 6 months).

Coworkers are still generally okay, but the quality is degrading quite fast.
- Too much politics and corporate bureaucracy.
- Weird attendance policy. Enforcing in-office presence for no reason, even if your team or manager doesn't require it.
- Severe lack of long-term vision by the execs.
- Rapidly declining standards, both in the quality of work and your coworkers.
- Too many reorgs and silent layoffs consistently.
Needs a hard reform and revamp of old Google culture fast; otherwise, it is going to be the same as IBM.
