Smart people, challenging problems, large impact. Compensation and benefits are very good. Internal tools and systems are also very good.
There seems to be a lot of overhead to launching, even though the company tries to foster small start-up groups. I think many small groups fragment the resource space and, in some ways, make for artificial scarcities.
Provide a bit more oversight. There seems to be a bit too many projects trying to accomplish similar things in parallel. While this can select for fitness, it can also be frustrating.
