I asked a friend for an internal referral. A recruiter contacted me within two days. Since I was local and had a referral, the phone screen was waived, and I proceeded directly to the on-site interview. Google offers an interview preparation class.

Onsite interview which included: - Two coding interviews with Q&A at the end. - Two systems design interviews with Q&A at the end. - One behavioral interview. A break was included for lunch and speaking with a current employee.

The interviewer missed the interview and it was rescheduled. The interview itself was okay, but I didn't get sufficient feedback to understand where the problem was. The recruiter approached me because my file was in the system.
