Stable employer, good projects to work on
Even with some of the trimming, perks are still generous. It's fairly easy to find good teams and good projects. Work-life balance is decent relative to other companies out there.
Like a big company, having to deal with process and red tape to ship. Have had some projects get snarled up in endless back and forth.
