Most of my colleagues are easy to work with and professional. They have a lot of best technologies inside. They still have great compensation.
Google is definitely losing its prestige in the last few years.
It kills a lot of products.
With more processes, it's encouraging for moving quickly.
Internal technologies are double-edged swords. They might be great and eventually graduate as a public framework. But a lot of times, they are just internal tools for promotions, not evolving well as the owners move on.
