Best work environment, maybe decaying a little
Good co-workers, good office perks, challenging engineering problems. The original founders really cared about taking care of employees.
A big company has more hierarchy and layers of management than a small place. Sometimes employees get caught up with deferring too much to "high level" managers. This isn't nearly as bad as other places, but it's still there.
Current execs aren't as fun or inspiring as the old guys. I'm sure they care, but it doesn't come across nearly as much.
Remember to have fun. You should be feeling lucky every day. The button is supposed to be a reminder that you hit some jackpots to get where you are. Remember to spread it around.
