Solid pay & perks, slowly becoming "corporate"
Great benefits and very competitive salaries. Coworkers are generally nice and talented in their field. Software tools tend to be quite good, and there are lots of different projects to work on.
Innovation at the company seems to happen in fits and starts. It's hard to see an overall strategy; there's over-reliance on ad revenues. Attention to financial discipline is starting to erode investment in employees, and it's unclear if the hiring rate is sustainable while maintaining the same standards.
