The initial phase was lengthy, but once the first interview began, the entire process only took two weeks from that point. There were three interviews: two technical and very detailed, and the third was with a group of directors and HR personnel.

Focus on explaining your thought process and be very communicative. You also have to show efficacy in making progress in these conversations. Always good to check your assumptions with the interviewer.

Firstly, I was asked questions about the job and myself. Then, I had to solve three small algorithmic problems in C++. They were pretty easy if you know algorithms and data structures.
