All that keeps getting worse as more and more employees are packed into the same buildings. I am surprised perks show as "pros" in reviews. Personally, I would pay out of pocket for food without long lines or a quiet office.

When it comes to workplace management, don't maintain programs you cannot scale.

Stick to necessities, but make sure those are good. Consider working from home or moving to different locations as alternatives.
