It's a big company, and to have a big impact, you need to apply some effort.
The promotion process is: you basically PR and promote yourself (again, some effort). Nobody will promote you, and you need to work on it yourself – collecting success stories and writing an essay why you should be promoted.
Crowded office. A lot of people are being hired for the MTV, CA office.
