HR and executives are aware of behavioral problems and turn a blind eye
MKs, food, gyms. Amazing infra. Amazing codebase. Some amazing engineers and researchers.
Very, very bureaucratic. Bad behavior may not be reprimanded.
HR violated my privacy by sharing detailed financial information with The Work Number without my being informed or having consented. They never tried to fix the issue, even after several requests.
High turnover. Colleagues I thought were the best all left, except one.
The decline, which had started prior to my joining, is now becoming quite obvious. Might it be time to wake up and go back to what Google once was?
