Huge flexibility. As an engineer, you can work on any project you want. Flat org structure. To get things done, you talk to other engineers rather than managers.
It's become a corporation. Sometimes it's hard to feel you can make a huge impact. There are so many employees and projects, you can be gone for weeks and nobody will notice.
Because the organization is so flat, managers have many direct reports. Still, they should focus on individual career development rather than current project status and updates.
