It was about why I am switching my current role. They asked the same thing again: why I want to switch my role. After answering this question, they again asked the same thing.

It was long and pointless, and it did not have a clear process. The experience was disorganized and difficult, requiring numerous rounds of interaction. I found the recruiter to be off-putting and flaky.

One phone screen, then an on-site with five interviews. Four of the five interviews were standard data structures and algorithms. The last was a discussion of my PhD research.
