I had two recruiters during the process. Both were nice, and the interviewers were generally pleasant. Consider it a collaborative effort to solve interesting problems. I went through almost every stage, but somehow did not get the final VP's bless

It was a very long and strenuous interview. Nobody wanted to be here. The manager was not it.

Was referred by a friend. Had an HR screen over the phone, then a technical screen with one engineer. The process was just as they described: very fair and to the point.
