Great Dev, Annoying Ratings
Great coworkers and amazing dev infrastructure. There is a lot of in-house software with full access to the source code, which allows for quick learning about technologies. The food is free and delicious.
Performance rating can be aggravating: "Meets Expectations" is actually "Below Average". There's unspoken pressure to always be on an upward trajectory (up or out).
No surprise layoffs, please.
