As good as they say
Google is a pretty amazing place to work. They treat employees incredibly well. My coworkers are all talented, the problems are interesting, and the products I work on are ones that I use every day.
It is a big company, so things can be slow moving. On a technical level, there are a number of large, complicated systems used internally, and navigating them can be a pain sometimes.
