Low stress job for competent people
Great place to learn how to write good software. Relaxed work; my team didn't have hard deadlines. People are very friendly and usually competent. Benefits are good.
The company is getting huge, which leads to complications. I felt like we were hiring too much, and it was sometimes hard to find meaningful projects to work on.
Try not to become a conventional company. Right now, it's becoming more and more top-down.
